Can I do updates to the website myself?
We can provide a content management facility to go with your website, based on the technical ability of the person whose responsibility it will be to input the updates. Most content management systems allow the user to input normal unformatted text without any programming skills. Incorporating this facility will mean additional work when the site is created, so it will cost more initially, but you will probably be able to work out whether this facility could be cost-effective. The key factors are the amount and regularity of updates against what we would charge you to make the updates for you. To help you do the calculation, we would charge a flat fee of £10.00 per update (each time we had to enter a new text field and input new information). To add a content management facility to your entire website, you would need to add about (30%) to the budget.
I have just bought a domain name and web space from another host but would like you to design my website for me. Can we do this?
Yes. We would require your FTP settings to upload the website contents to the server. You can get this information from your hosting vendor.
I have a poorly-drawn image which I would like to get printed. I am being told that the image will print poorly because of the quality. Is their there any way around this?
Yes, we are able to redraw your images. Time to complete varies with the complexity of the graphic, but we will be able to convert or reproduce it to printing standard.
Do you offer a printing service?
We work together with carefully selected printing vendors, combined with our high quality design service to ensure the greatest definition of you're print. If you wish to print one of you're existing low quality designs, we can redraw it to ensure no quality is spared.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery of the final product(s) is free once all artwork has been approved. This usually takes between 5 and 7 working days to arrive at your place of work. Other delivery can be arranged but there will probably be an additional charge. Biking of draft artwork, samples and other necessary items during the course of production will incur an 'at cost' charge, or you can send your own courier to pick it up from us.
